output is approx 75 lumens roughly eq. to 20w GU10, warm white would give better colour rendering than cool white

Surely that should be the other way round? Cool white (4000k) giving a better colour rendering than warm white (2700k). As for the light output of a 1.3 watt LED GU10,I would also agree with an output to around 20 watt.
