Commercial fridge Titan XTO-40-G power supply

I'm having a hard time reaching this manufacturer for answers.

Can someone help me try to use the following product?

Titan open air refrigerator
voltage 220
amps 8.5
hz 60
phase 1
plug type NEMA L14-20

I'm facing 2 issues, the plug type is not common, I believe it is a twist and lock type and won't fit into the standard plug shape in the US. Secondly, it runs on 220 volts.

Will an adaptor that both changes the voltage and fits the plug shape, work to run this fridge using the existing power supply? I'm worried that it only works with a generator or that I'll have to change the existing electrical work.

Please advise.

Txotxi they give you the info for the female outlet. You just need to go to a local electrical parts house if you don’t have 240 vac at that outlet you will have to install a 240vac 4 wire dedicated circuit from you panel. You need to hire an electrician. Good luck and welcome to the forum

The breaker needs to be 15 amp double pole breaker
