Hi @JohnH . As mentioned above by @Charlie_ , wouldn't it be better to go from a house circuit to the arbour?

Digressing slightly, but those plugtop RCD adaptors often don’t fit into the shrouded outdoor sockets pictured, as the flange sits too proud.

The rcd plugtop is for inside the house to feed the weathershield socket outdoors

It’s a DIYers product

OK, understood. Seeing it made me recall the scenario I described, with these type of sockets installed outside a building and the inability to connect a plugtop RCD to them.

Clearly understand the competencies required. Based on what is required to complete the work (which I am asking) will determine what part P regs are required and whether notifiable or not. I believe this work is not but will absolutely make sure it is inspected and certified once completed. Even if that means completing the work (once I know how) but NOT actually terminating it so that work is isolated until inspected/certified if a qualified spark needs to do that cheers
I don't think you DO understand the Regs. Firstly do you have designer competence ? Secondly what evidence can you show to demonstrate that you are competent. Thirdly who do you think will come and undertake testing and certify work which they then take legal responsibility for without seeing it installed ? The various CPS do not allow for third party testing unless the work has been carried out under the supervision of the tester. Who will sign-off the relevant Certificate and how will you comply with the Electricians Guide to the Building Regs para 7.3 which requires tests to be undertaken before work is started ? There is also a requirement for the work that is being undertaken by an installer who is not registered on a Competent Person Scheme to be notified to the LA before work is started, para 1.4.6 and 1.4.7.
Finally have you sought the agreement of your insurance company that they will allow you to undertake electrical installation work ? If not your house insurance will be invalidated as there may well be a requirement to use only competent people.
