Another question!!:)

I'm wiring a building with 3 seperate stories which are being turned into seperate office units. The building is not that big, probably each floor being around 200 sqm each.

Anyway I've put in 6 ring mains in each floor with at most 10 double sockets on each ring just to keep loads down and have better isolation etc. I've not done much in the way of office type work before but the On-site guide is telling me that if the CPC current is likely to exceed 10 mA I have to install extra earth conductors to each circuit and use sockets with 2 earthing points!!

Anyone with any experience with this, I thought if I kept numbers of sockets on each ring down I could possibly save myself some extra work.

Cheers

If it is a RFC all you need do is terminate the CPC's separate with dual earth socket outlets, which most are these days, even the trade range.

You must also terminate them separate at the CU.

Thanks for the help therer Jason, much appreciated, I had allowed for that so I should be in the clear!

Cheers
