Metrel Software problems cannot create report?

HI, i have just bought a Metrel EurotestAT 3101 secondhand and its a great bit of kit apart from sometimes i get ocasional crazy low ohm readings (which seems to rectify itself after a couple of auto nulls). I have downloaded some results to the eurolink software but i do not know how to create a pro plus report. When i first had a play around i managed to start compiling a report but since then the boxes are greyed out, i dont know if i am doing anything wrong, has anyone got any experience with this program that could give me some advice?

Another thing, this may seem like a stupid question but when i fill out a schedule of inspections, what part of the structure do i save it against or does it not matter? There doesnt seem to be very good instructions on how to use the software, even if i cant find a solution i find storing the results on my harddrive is a great way of keeping them organised and safe, dont really mind the old fashioned way with a pen and paper.

I've got a Eurotest At and have never bothered trying to use the download functions!

With repect to the inconsistent readings you probably need new leads or are your batteries knackered? I had this a while back and even Metrel admitted that its the leads. A shiney new set and hey presto the readings are back to what I'd expect
