Hi, I'm new in London and I'm looking for jobs but not being successful. I'm wandering if there is something that I'm not aware about..
I have and electrical engineer bachelor's degree, I studied in an international university in Malaysia. . What would you recommend me to do?
Thanks in advance

So having a university degree doesn't give you any chances to find a job if you don't have experience ?

Very unlikely, without starting at the very bottom.

We have a lot of engineers coming through that have experience through an apprenticeship for example.

We also have a lot of people with engineering degrees, so the market is quite saturated.

Or it certainly was whilst I was looking for candidates a couple of years ago.

I would be happy to do a placement, apprenticeship or training anywhere to start at the very bottom... But it's also being difficult because they are not accepting me for that since I already have a degree
Don't tell them you have a degree just act like any person look g for an apprenticeship. The money will probably be awful but it's the only way if that's what you want. Or become a domestic installer. But it seems you should look for a job with your degree rather than become a spark

I think if I had a Batchelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, without job experience, I'd be looking for something like a lecturing post....somewhere!
