Hi guys, I've just moved to a new area and need a bigger customer base and been thinking about approaching a few local companies to see if they can offer anything, kitchen fitters, conservatories etc. Just wondering how it worked with pricing with companies you worked with? Do you work to set price guidelines or do you get look at the jobs first and price them up individually.

I know it's a bit vague, but just wanted other people's experiences

Thanks Steve

Set out your prices I always quote an hourly rate to cover the unforeseen and always try and look at the job first. Dont forget to contact the procurement section of your council and find out what they need from you to be included in their lists of approved tradesmen.

Good luck

Chris
