I have a quad switch wall plate like shown here: https://www.amazon.com/Franklin-Bra...?keywords=4+wall+switch&qid=1673488598&sr=8-6

The second switch, which controls the overhead foyer light, appears to have stopped working. The light won't come on. Tried 2 new bulbs and flipping the circuit off and on. I've never touched it other than change the bulb now and then. What could have happened? How can I get it working again?

It is difficult to say without some form of testing and inspection. Broken connection, broken wire, faulty switch, faulty lamp holder. If you feel competent isolate power and check connections at the switch initially then try the lamp holder if it is easy to dismantle.

It’s also possible that switches within that 4 gang are fed from different circuits.
Check a breaker hasn’t tripped.
