Risk assessment templates/forms PAT testing.

Hi, can anybody point me in the right direction or email/post a link to where I can get a risk assessment template/form to fill out for PAT testing. I've seen them on the net varying from £8 -£15, just wondered if someone might know of a free one????

Hi Paul,

I use the one below (originally posted by Matt456) as a template for most jobs as it covers off most 'potential risks'.
