in the old bpg4 it stated
Absence of supplementary bonding for installed Class II equipment where required (such as
in a location containing a bath or shower), in case the equipment is replaced with Class I equipment in the future.
as:
Non-compliances with the current edition of BS 7671 that do not give rise to danger and do not require reporting.

In the new bpg4 (dec 2022) it only states:
Absence of supplementary bonding where required, in
a location containing a bath or shower, unless all of the requirements of Regulation 701.415.2 permitting omission are met is a :C2

Has the advice on class 2 only equipment in a bathroom been changed? or
would this be under “not required” as there are no simultaneously touchable exposed and extranous conductive parts

TL;DR
coding EICR with BPG4
I would say the advice has been changed. Although in reality, the fact that the situation did not warrant a code nor did it require reporting, makes it a non-issue anyway.
