It used to be common for central heating controllers and switches to be placed in airing cupboards within bathrooms. I this permissible under current regs?

In years gone by there was often a three pin socket as well.

 
i cant see why not as long as its rcd protected it should be fine.
if its not central heating controls it would be an immersion heater circuit
 
As long as they are in the cupboard there fine i had a job that I used for an assment and he thought it was totally fine.
