got a job to replace a house full of night storage heaters, could someone please enlighten me as to which paperwork to fill in and how to go about live testing them? ta in advance

as its an appliance you are replacing like for like I wouldnt imagine theres any paperwork but I would check the age of old heaters as they use to have asbestos in them a Check with liscenced asbestos contractor on the phone may give you a better guide

usually go back after midninght and do live tests :)

or if that is not convienient for customer;) swap the offpeak feed with live till you done the test.

And doing the job is the easy bit after carting the materials on to site

if you're doing a like for like why not use the same bricks? saves buying anymore.

the old bricks are probably a different shape from the new ones depending on age ect I used the term "like for Like " to mean ratings and type of appliance before someone rips it n says if theyr different they cant be "like for Like"
