hello guys i have a (3-6v dc motor), (DC Motor PWM Speed Controller 3V 6V 12V 24V 35V), (3.7v 1200mah rechargeable battery) and a (Charging / discharging circuit MH-CD42 for batteries with 5V output). Everything looks to be working fine it spins and everything but when i put force on the motors shaft it seams to turn of the battery because everything loses power how can i fix it? is it the motors voltage drop and if it is then how can i fix it? can you recommend some components?

In the process of looking at the modules you have, I discovered the following gem on another forum (see below), which (if I have the right model) relates to your PWM speed controller. You may know about it, but if not I suggest you ensure the PWM speed controller power input is set for low min volts 3V mode, not the higher 5V min default.

Just be a bit careful before you buy as you can run the input voltage as 5v-35v (high mode) OR 3v-15v (low mode) , the product description touches on it but not clearly, but you will have to pick one of those voltage ranges for the input. The default is the higher voltage range but if you want to use it in low voltage mode there is a solder bridge labelled on the back of the board (check product pics), which you would have to join with a blob of solder or small wire.

i have a different one and mine dose not have a solder bridge where you can weld it together

can this help with my problem? (3.7v to 12v boost converter)

I was suspicious that your MH-CD42 was not producing sufficient voltage under load for the PWM controller. If you have a multimeter you could check if the voltage is collapsing when you load the motor.
Have you got a link to the actual data for the DC motor speed controller you have?
