Hi guys,

I’m currently getting a leaflet design made by a freelancer and it’s getting close to the final finish just a few minor tweaks left (heating to be removed on the front picture, picture to be rotated slightly, and few word changes in the why choose us section)

I have shown a few of my family and a friend and they think it’s alright but I wanted to get the opinion of other electricians to see if I’ve missed out anything, if I should change anything or remove anything before I get 5000 printed off.

Thank you all

There is nowt wrong in the leaflet, but would not put Napit on it Are you advertising for them, me I would take that off it's OK to show who you registered with I never advertised for NICEIC on my van or paper work.

Thanks mate.. with the napit logo I just thought it would give me more chance of getting work from clients as they’ll see I’m part of a “competent” person scheme even though any Joe can get registered with them nowadays it seems.

The sentence 'solutions that works for you' would be better as 'solutions that work for you'.

The sentence about regulations and safety needs a bit of either re-wording or punctuation ' I'd at least put a comma after 'regulations'

That's being picky though - it looks very nice. And I'd keep the Napit logo - people look out for people who are scheme registered.

I'd lose the apostrophe in 10 year's...

Id probably change the chandelier

It's probably a new fitting but doesn't have that modern look needed

I would consider changing "ADDITIONAL POINTS"

Not every householder understands that a point means a socket or light etc.

cant think of a better layman's term though.
Extra sockets doesn't seem to cut it.

but all in all, it looks good.

An apostrophe is required here - a possessive one. Having said that, I think it may need to go after the 'S' rather than before it - because the years are plural.

Thanks mate! I was reading over this sentence quite a bit thinking what sounds grammatically correct to the point I had no idea anymore haha

Yes I was thinking that I’ll do that now

Honestly I was kind of struggling for decent pictures where there’s not a lot of clutter and other objects in the way. I have good enough pictures for social media but for the leaflet I wanted to keep it as clean as possible. I feel like the like is decent as it’s a mix of modern and traditional where it would attract a mixed audience. The light I had on there before was super modern but I feel like it would just attract mostly young flash people, it was a little on the tacky side.

Yeah I was thinking that too but I wanted to keep it as short as possible so it doesn’t stretch over too much. I’ll try and think of something thanks

I reworded it a little and made the changes you suggested… is this better?

Lose the apostrophe after 'years' and insert 'of'.
Second sentence is a little long and clumsy. Possibly better if you replace the comma after 'regulations' with a full stop, start a new sentence with 'We', remove the full stop after 'priority' and insert 'and'.
Could do with giving some idea of geographical location.
Just my opinion, of course.

Wow thank you this feels much better.
Good shout on the location I’ll put “based in London & Essex” as I’m bordering between the two
