Hi guy's I've got a inspection and testing job in Blackburn and need some one to sub.
The similar jobs we did were worth about £700 - £1000 (to anyone subbing)... this could be more... or a little less...
The only drawback.. and I want to be upfront and honest... Terms are 60 days due to the (large property) company involved.. Saying that they normally pay within 30 days if they pay early then you'll get paid early.
Only other thing you'll be expected to sign our standard subcontractors contract.... just so we know where we all stand and no body poaches our client.
