Refused Credit

I'm fuming - I've been refused credit by a supplier that I use regularly. It seems it's ok for me to pay them not knowing whether they will supply the goods but not vice versa. I dont need the credit but I like to get the goods check they are ok then I pay the same day they are delivered. I do this with every other wholesaler because I've found that if I pay for anything up front it's always difficult to get the money back. We've got a 20k daily limit on our account so the credit can be useful instead of moving cash from our personal account. Considering we always pay within 48 hrs of delivery I'm really ****ed off!!!!

Must be a grumpy day - too many customers not enough time.

I suppose we'd better get used to crap like this - a panic from customers and suppliers alike, every 6th month before the FIT drops again. Located the inverter I needed today but couldn't buy it without buying the panels from the same supplier. That's dented me profit a bit. I'd like to pound that C-word Barker's face with a Sunnyboy. And not a HF or TL either. Nope, one of those old heavy buggers - a 3800 would do. Heatsink side out.

We've had the same, 2 out of 3 of our main suppliers have cut our credit. Seems that banks/credit agency expect lots of PV companies to go under.

I wouldn't disagree with them either. I also see some of the smaller suppliers getting caught with stock at pre cut prices and not being able to sell it. It isn't going to just be PV companies.
