Regards an MCS application do you need to own the two documents or only have access to them? How are people accessing them if so? Thanks.

P.s. Do the brackets, rails and inverters you use now have to be MCS marked? My assessor stated they did. I was under the impression that the inverter had to be G83 approved and that was it. I have seen a document detailing all the solar panels that are MCS approved but never one for inverters and fixings?

Suppose the paper you use to print off the handover pack will have to be MCS approved next.

1) You need to know how to access them
2) There is no 'PUBLISHED' MCS standards (MCS012 is officially published yet) for brackets, rails or inverters, you will need the CE, and TUV certificates and installtion manuals for the mounting system(s) that you use.

Ask at your Library if they have them or can get them in. If they can then there's your access to them. Its what I used on our first inspection and its what I will do again on our annual in a few days time.
