I don't have a problem with either method just dont twist the cpc's all together and then cover in sleeving?
I don't have a problem either, but yeah sticking more than one cpc through a sleeve now that ain't good practice.
 
Why bother with sleeving, it was okay prior to 1966'ish. Must have been good practise then :)
