just had a call from someone who said their shower is jumping when on the high setting, they did tell me it only started happening when her hubby changed the pull cord switch as cord had snapped. would you say possibly trapped cable or could the shower be burning out,

i aint even changed a shower before but kno wont be difficult, any input guys really appreciated before i go have a look.

its usually a redring when the supply pipes are reversed on the bidet........

LMAO :D

I would suspect water pressure.

Also Tel, the house I live in has the same problem when it comes to taps/toilet and water stopping. It can be fun.... until it happens the oneself. Of course it only happens to me when I have bubbles all over my face and can't see for s*** lol

the pressure is fine when on cold doesnt cut out its when you crank up the head, so this leads me to the heating rings/elements whatever they are arnt heating the water up to temp so cuts out, or ami completely wrong ..we'l get there together on my own , nay chance thx

but murdock if it was limescale the cold would cut out too, would it not. it seems like when you try turn the heat up, thats just seems like,

if the heating element was burnt out would it still throw out water cold water while on high temp??
