OFGEM have published the new rates which have been uplifted for the RPI increase.

Feed-in Tariff Adjusted tariff rates 1 April 2011 - More Document Information

You should use the new rates for any installations that will be commissioned on or after 1st April 2011.

The RPI inflation rate increase will be applied every year - unless DECC change the rules.
