Asked by customer to price for moving thier cu went for a quick look old wylex the problem is its just above the skirting board tight upto the front door frame,they want it moved a foot back from the door and leaving at the same hight. How do i stand with the 450mm rule?

Its not a new build or major referb, so you can do pretty much what the customer wants.

Is the property in a high flood risk area
 
Not in a flood area as far as i know but i know what your thinking.
