Well without actually costing the materials myself I cannot confirm the price either way, however first impression it seems a good quote actually, works out about 3,250 ish plus vat.

SWA into galv t boxes with a stuffing gland at each fitting for me please? Volt drop will need to be considered as mr B stated.
SWA all the way. Newlec do a very solid pvc adapt box with connectors (8025, I think), piranhna lock nuts for earth continuity.
