Hi,
I am looking for an installer to faultfind a Fermax Keypad flat access system Newport South Wales. Someone changed the electric entry lock and since then, the lock has been intermittant, the entry codes only cause a clicking sound from the entry unit (relay working) and some of the buzzers in the handsets don't work....

Is the entry lock been replaced like for like?
 
Hi,
It has now been replaced, there are contractual issues I would like to know of other contractors in South Wales.
