hello everyone i'm new here so please go easy.

i looking for some help with a power connection, i have no idea what it is nor does any one else, it looks

like a ps2 connection you get on keyboard or mouse for a pc. this is it bellow .

if you look closely you can see it isn't a ps2 connection, but i have never come across anything like this before. we have the power supply cord but it only has a positive and negative wire, with no actually plug? which was sent to us by a company we are in partnership with as a replacement for a stolen part, but now they are trying to charge up 300 quid for a new cable, which i highly doubt it actually costs that.

so if any one can help me identify this mysterious plug i would be more than grateful,

cheers
phill

Hello mate, well there is an Arab engineers in Khobar mate Telephone:+966 3 8990220 +966 3 8990440 Fax: +966 3 8990330 which are the RS agents over here. I deal with the Riyadh branch all the time and are really good

And there is Medjaf also in Khobar don't know the number for them mate

Looks like the ELV input I had on the back of a Zero88 lighting console ages ago. So to me, there was a transformer between it and it was something like 12v or 5v (I can't remember now).

I second the use of RS Components and Farnell and CPC etc...

cheers malcolm will be chasing them up after prayer time or be trying to get hold of the rs agents in bahrain tomorrow when im over there, but thanks for the help
