Did you say cheapest and reliable in the same conversation lol in my experience you can have cheapest or most reliable but they rarely go together.

Really? The best for what?
Sunpower, highest performing, closely followed by Sanyo hybrids, at the other end, Chinese panels, various manufacturers, some good quality/performing Suntech for example.
There are many in-between also.
Sharp were a good panel, 3-4 years ago, but they have been left behind and suffered quality issues last year.
All in my opinion of course.
