Need help with motor control circuit design - willing to pay!

Need help/guidance on wiring schematic/design of motor control circuit.

Relatively simple design I expect for somebody with the experience, this is a whole new ball game for me as we usually have the drawings supplied.

Willing to pay for somebodies time to go through it with me even if someone just wants a few beers at the weekend!
